IIRC, Piessel was a knee issue (did I make that up?) so he should be able to bounce back quicker than something arm related, I would hope. He probably slots into a weekend role, no (if healthy)?
If Aidan West makes it to school I could see him having a role next year, that kid can ball. Not sure where he would play. Starting a FR at SS scares me ever since the Payton Green experiment of 2022. ha
Novy is just so damn big. Is he nimble enough to play 3rd? Gotta have his bat in the lineup regardless.
There's also Rett Johnson that's highly thought of coming in but OF seems crowded although a departure or two could easily change that.
