We didn't have a collective "fundraiser party" to try and raise money for baseball and the collective tried to little interest from Avent. Tells you all you need to know.Ncstatefan01 said:what are his views on NIL?CLTWolf said:Yeah, this ain't the reason that Avent would need to step away...his views on NIL, that's probably it.ChemE94 said:Slobbering_Wolf said:
I've never been on this train, but I think it's about time for Avent to step away
Ain't over yet. Young team. If we don't have mass nil defections, there's a lot to like about next season.
But yeah, this is a young squad and speaking of young Ryder Woodson just hit a fkn piss missile. Have a weekend young Ryder!

Was he ever bad? We never got to see him so who knows.
Im not sure thats the burn you think it is.
I mean any other position i might agree with you. But Hevner has been brutal all year at the plate. Didnt use Jarros cause his fielding was suspect. Ok. The fact that you still kept going with Hevner and not at least giving your freshman a look in more than 3 games up until now should be questioned. Just sticking with Hevner all season should be questioned. And especially with how this team has struggled to find runs the last month. I dont think thats out of bounds to discuss.
apparently not, brother. hahaPGAWolf said:wbkook said:CLTWolf said:Wasn't meant to be a burn...wbkook said:CLTWolf said:You know who did get to see him? The coaching staff. Weird, I know. Hahawbkook said:Borowolf10 said:

Is it possible Woodson wasn't ready to play as a freshman to start the year. But as the year went on he got better? Or something just recently clicked with him.

Glennon-esque
And he was playing behind Gino Groover.wilmwolf said:
For all the slider discussion on this thread and this broadcast, their biggest hit of the game came on what appeared to be a fastball from Dudan. And as for Barkett, I don't think any State fan should feel like we let him get away. He was on the team, didn't get a lot of run as a true freshman, which isn't uncommon, and he chose to leave. Kudos to him for performing really well.

Just get to Woodson without a double play.
Fraasman has grounded into about 50 of those.
Isaiah played 2nd and 1st, no 3rd as a FR.Glasswolf said:And he was playing behind Gino Groover.wilmwolf said:
