A lot of bad luck in that 1st inning. The ball off of Frittons glove would have been a DP for sure. Then the unforced error....

Strike zone is inconsistent but as it's been said - down 7-0 2 outs and 2 strikes you can't take that. Umps calling borderline pitches balls or strikes won't win or lose this game down a touchdown. Gotta swing the bat.

Walks and errors are killers when you're a team that has to scratch for runs. Couple that with they are hitting the ball hard and we are not - and haven't been in awhile, and that's a recipe for losing games. We have been playing a bunch of losing baseball lately. We need to score this inning bad.
