Beginning this spring with the 2025 ACC Baseball Championship in Durham, North Carolina, all 16 teams in the ACC will compete in a single-elimination championship. The championship will remain six days as it has in previous years, running from Tuesday, May 20, through Sunday, May 25, 2025, from Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

I like it. Work all season for those byes.

Agreed it needed it to be done but honestly surprised they did it just from an attendance standpoint. Take this year in Durham, if UNC and State both lose early or on the first day they are screwed, compared to before where each were guaranteed two games.

Genius & looks like a solution to Men's Basketball not getting left out of ACC Tournament. Top 16 teams play.

Much better for not having to waste arms right before the NCAA Tournament. Should make for some really fun games.
