Burns' season high is 7ip. Highest pitch count is 108. He's at 40 through 3. 15 an inning gets you 105 through 7. He's ahead of that pace.

Wake is notorious for taking care of their pitchers' arms and pull guys around 100, sometimes to a fault.
Unfortunately for us, Burns is freaking locked and will hit that after 8 full.

I'm not a baseball guy so forgive me if this is stupid. Is there a reason we wouldn't have athletic guys like Butterworth and Nixon bunt against Burns if we can't hit him? Seems like that atleast puts pressure on their defense.
