I had said wait until 3rd conference series, which is this weekend, but I think being concerned is ok at this time and no need to wait until Sunday

The year of doubting the Pack. Keep thinking we aren't for real and then next thing you know we are in Omaha.... This past weekend was not nearly as flukey as the Duke series, pretty dominant most of the weekend and could have taken all 3. Keep stacking series wins.

Had to deal with a bunch pitching wise and as that settles in this team will become more consistent. Avent will have them peaking at the end of year like he's prone to do.

FSU, Virginia, and Wake. If we want a pivotal top 4 seed in the ACC Tournament, we're going to have to earn it- but what an opportunity to take it one series at a time and own all of the tie-breakers.

I'm curious to see how it plays out with five NC teams in the mix to host. Some of it will likely work itself out with our series against WF, but 1-2 teams are probably going to be disappointed.

I also think that 4-2 + getting out of pool play in the ACCT will make a push for a top 8 consideration.

3-3 almost certainly gets it done given the opponents, I think.

Yeah feels like our series vs Wake will be an elimination host series.

I'm not convinced Duke will host. Best series wins are Wake and UVA. Lost series to FSU and Clemson.
Their RPI is below ours right now. They have the worst overall SOS out of all the ACC host candidates and their NCSOS is an abysmal 246 which is the worst out of any team in the top 37 in RPI and 3rd worst out of any team in the top 85 of the RPI. They have 3 Q4 losses. For as bad as we have been in midweeks we only have 3 Q3 losses no Q4 losses.
