I like to see this Miami pitch count getting higher here in the 2nd. Already 35. This guy is a stud....lets keep working him and with them not wanting to push him too hard with the regionals coming up maybe he is gone by the 4th or 5th.

Is it me or does Noah look much quicker tonight? Couple weeks ago he looked he was running on sand and tonight he looks much faster.

Exactly. The game within the game is have Sam last as long as possible and save all the arms we can for the weekend. Would love to only use 2-3 guys tonight. Might be asking too much, but it would be sweet. If we are fortunate enough to get to Wake we are going to need all the arms we can get.

Yeah, he had a hammy deal, IIRC (tear?). He's just looked so slow and tonight he seemed much quicker. Of course I was trying to put 3 kids to bed and watch on my phone at the same time so I wasn't sure my eyes were seeing what I thought they were seeing. haha
