I mean, it's not like Nolan can't hit at all. I don't have a problem getting a speedy runner in, and our best defensive unit out there. Just need to get the outs.

just majorly mis-managed by avent. wow (baker hitting a guy and leaving a ball over the middle with 2 strikes doesn't help, but he wasn't good since pitch 1)

Sometimes I wonder if the coaching staff has ever done anything right for some of y'all. I don't agree with every coaching decision, but I can typically see the reasoning behind them. There's always just so much negative energy here.

A lot of it boils down to us just simply not having enough options. We have to leave baker in because our bullpen in so thin that we don't have many other options.
For me, it's the baserunning and errors that make me go mad. Feel like those things should have been fixed after last year, but it's been a lot of the same mistakes.

I'll add that after last weekend and tonight, we should coach a player to stand all the way over the plate to get hit. ND kid was ridiculous last week and the bases loaded HBP was tight lol.

Two of the best players in the ACC. One felt the need to bunt and the other couldn't sniff what Dom was throwing. Impressive.

Albeit, it's a little muted around here since we are winning and not on national tv. I miss the fire Avent talks.

It's simple. If it works…i like it and it's the right call. If it doesn't. I hate it and we should fire all the coaches. Probably the concession stand workers too.
