The guy pitching for Davidson made his debut three years ago against State. Sanders was saying that Candelaria and Nolan both hit homers in that series for Davidson.

Sanders said you knew he would come in. Most guys throw during the week and if this was his day then why not let him pitch in the game. I would assume he will be on a fairly strict pitch count, but maybe not.
