Shot in the dark here...I coach a 2030 kid that everyone is going to be all over in a few years. I would like for Avent to be aware of him. Is it bad form to reach out to someone in the program and if not who would I seek out?

With the recruiting rules today they don't really care about kids at that point. They might start paying attention in about a year depending on the level of talent.
