Eastern with vinegar base sauce.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

My Son live in Texas. 1st Houston and now Dallas. He has become quite good at smoking a brisket. He's even started making his own bacon. Guess what he's doing when he visits next month?

Just had BBQ for lunch. I am not a big fan of chain BBQ but City BBQ is good. Their smoked sausage and smoked turkey is awesome. Had one of their wings for the first time today, they brine in pickle juice, they were great!

That's awesome. Enjoy it. Nothing brings families together like smoking bbq. You should take him a gallon of George's BBQ Sauce so he can experience that NC twang. Probably can't get that stuff out there.

I agree. Their chicken is really good. Next time, try Midwood over by Peace Street. Best smoked wings I've ever had, including Dreamland BBQ in Alabama.
