“It's changed tremendously. Just the team, everything just changed for me. I feel like I'm playing at a higher level, just I'm in a better head space. So just pretty happy about that.”

“[Being named All-ACC] felt pretty good. It's a testament in my hard work. Just what I worked so hard for in the offseason last year. Just to have that payoff, that was big-time.”

“[Savion Jackson] is a big role. He's a big role in our room.  I feel like we all have our equal part that we play in the position room. Savion, he does a good job at playing his role.”

“I'm excited. I think all of us are excited about [Anthony Belton].   He's going to pick up the flag, and so we're excited. We feel pretty confident in that position.”

“[Belton is] a real big guy. He's really athletic and moves really good for his size. He's just an athletic big guy.”

“[Cyrus Fagan] is a playmaker. He's going to be a playmaker all year. He's made plays in the spring and camp. I'm excited to watch him. Obviously he got hurt last year, so that was just heartbreaking, but he just worked so hard to get back and just build.”

“I worked on my mental health a lot this offseason. I did just a lot of stuff that I just grew up.”
