Four Pack Players Named To Pro Football Focus All-ACC Team
Jaylen Samuels, Tony Adams, Bradley Chubb, and Airius Moore have been named to the Preseason All-ACC team recently released by Pro Football Focus.
Jaylen Samuels was NC State's leading receiver (55 catches) and third-leading rusher last season. He ranks sixth in school history with 31 touchdowns – 15 receiving and 16 rushing.
Bradley Chubb ranked fourth in the FBS in tackles for loss last season. His 22 TFLs in 2016 was the second-best mark in school history, trailing only No. 1 NFL draft pick Mario Williams.
Chubb and Samuels have both been named to multiple preseason All-ACC and All-American teams heading into the season.
Airius Moore has played more career games than any other player on NC State's defense and is tied for the most games played on the entire team. An academic All-ACC performer last season, he ranked third on the team in tackles and second in tackles for loss.
Tony Adams is the most experienced player on NC State's roster, as he's totaled 35 starts in his career. Last season he was tabbed second-team All-ACC by the coaches' and media. He played 93% of the team’s offensive snaps in 2016. He did not allow a sack and tallied 34 knockdown blocks.
