TOP 10 PLAYS: No. 2 Harmon's One-Handed TD vs. Notre Dame
July is here, which means football is right around the corner!
This week we started a month-long feature at Inside Pack Sports where we look back at NC State's top offensive and defensive plays from the 2017 season.
The plays are selected on a variety of factors, ranging from level of difficulty, overall impact, importance to the game/season, etc...
James, Steve, and Bryant reviewed the best plays and submitted their top ten plays on each side of the ball. We put together a composite list, and we will be releasing each play daily, so enjoy!

Just two plays remain and at No. 2 is NC State star wide receiver Kelvin Harmon's one-handed touchdown catch at Notre Dame.
Harmon made several great grabs last year, but this was easily his best.
Lining up in the slot, Harmon runs an outstanding wheel route and gets great position on the cornerback. He uses his athleticism and timing to win the contested ball, snaring it with one-hand while briefly pinning the ball against his helmet.
Why is there so much optimism about NC State's offense this year? Well, Kelvin Harmon is a big reason as last year he finished with over 1,000 yards to become the first Wolfpack wideout to do so since 2003.
Don't be surprised to see him improve on his numbers this year and potentially be the top wide receiver in the ACC. A big season is ahead for Kelvin Harmon.
No. 2 in our Top 10 offensive plays is the Kelvin Harmon one-handed touchdown grab at Notre Dame.
