COMMIT ALERT: Jackson Headed To NC State
NC State just landed a huge commitment from Clayton (NC) consensus four-star defensive end Savion Jackson.
Jackson announced his commitment at a press conference a few minutes ago at his high school. He picked the Wolfpack over South Carolina, Clemson, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, and North Carolina among others.
Jackson is rated the No. 3 player in the state by Inside Pack Sports, and he is a consensus four-star recruit nationally.

Jackson helped lead Clayton to a 13-1 record in 2017 while totaling 56 tackles and eight sacks. The 6-foot-3, 260-pounder is capable of being effective against the run or pass, and what makes him so special as a prospect is his motor.
Like NC State All-American Bradley Chubb, Jackson is relentless in pursuing the football and can impact the game outside of his pass-rushing skills.
Savion Jackson is NC State's 11th commitment in the 2019 recruiting class and the Wolfpack's eighth in-state commitment.
Inside Pack Sports will have more from Jackson on his decision in the near future so stay tuned!
