Mallory and Brooke both ran the 3200m in outdoor PB times of 9:59.68 for 1st place and 10:17.74 for 5th place, respectively. Mallory for the 2nd straight 3200m race broke 10 min! The time was US#7 and a 17 sec outdoor PB from her previous PB of 10:17.32. Brooke improved her all-time PB by 11 sec which used to be 10:28.94.

Ella anchored the 4x400m in 3:58.39 for 2nd place. Her split time was an impressive 57.22. The 4x400m relay team will also advance to the state championships.
