I don't know about the entire history of ACC championship meets, but off the top of my head I remember the 2021 ACC Women's Championship race up at Notre Dame's course in South Bend where the Wolfpack women won with 20 points.

Chmiel won and Tuohy was 2nd, Steelman 4th, Hays 5th and Bush 8th.

Women's cross country begun competition in the ACC in 1978. After the completion of the 2025 ACC Championships today, there have been 48 seasons of women's XC in the ACC. NC State has been ACC Champions in 30 of those 48 seasons (62.5%), making Wolfpack women's XC the 3rd most dominant program in all sports in the ACC, men's or women's....only behind UNC in women's field hockey (ACC champions in 27 of 42 seasons, 64.3%), but women's filed hockey currently only has nine ACC schools participating, while women's XC has all 18 schools in the conference participating...and UVA rowing (ACC champions in 22 of 25 seasons, 88%) with only twelve ACC schools participating in rowing.

Back in 1999 or 2000, our men perfect scored the ACC Championship.
