Yeah it turned out to be a fairly exciting day. Henley really let us down on 17 and 18.

I am not sure what they can change but man we struggle in team play. We need someone like Phil or tiger to lead the team. I feel like they can help plan and motivate

Americans have a hard time turning off their soulless golfing robot personas for the one week a year where they need to be emotional and play for something other than themselves. It's easy to say it means more to the euros, but I'd like to think it means a lot to most of the Americans also, they just have a harder time flipping that switch. I think USA also needs to find courses to play on that the euros aren't familiar with, most of those guys spend a lot of time stateside, let's get off the beaten path. And pick more guys based on their putting ability, the euros always putt lights out in these.

I also think they need to figure out some way to combine, mix up, something the Ryder cup and Presidents cup. I enjoy both events, but I'm not a fan of the US guys having to play in these types of events every year. I think that contributes to some of their perceived lack of passion.
