Graduate Chloe Negrete was named a 2025 Regular Season All-America by the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association on Monday, March 31.
Negrete is the first gymnast at NC State to earn All-America honors in 10 years. Her remarkable efforts this season have earned her a second consecutive AAI Award nomination, recognizing her as one of the nation's top gymnasts. A 14-time all-conference honoree and a nine-time all-conference championship honoree, Negrete has led her team with 24 podium finishes this season, the most on the team, and has earned 13 individual victories.
Her consistency is highlighted by 12 scores of 9.900+, including a career-high 9.975 on beam (achieved twice in 2025), a season-best 9.975 on floor against No. 23 Ohio State, and a career-best 9.900 on vault at the George Washington quad meet, which earned her Week 10 Gymnast of the Week honors. Chloe has also been named the ACC Specialist of the Week four times this season (Weeks 2, 4, 7, and 11), making her the only gymnast in the ACC to earn this honor four times in 2025.
Chloe holds NC State's highest scores of the season on both beam and floor and is tied for first in the conference on beam and sixth on floor. Her outstanding efforts have earned her a spot on the 2025 All-ACC Gymnastics Team (beam and floor) for the second consecutive year.
