The Wolfpack Wrestling Club, the Wolfpack's Regional Training Center (RTC), will be one of six squads set to compete this weekend at the 2020 RTC Cup presented by Titan Mercury.

The completion starts Friday with pool matchups, followed on Saturday by bracket completion. The action will take place from Cincinnati, and all the matches will be broadcast live on FloWrestling.

The event, which is utilizing the format used for UWW's World Cup and World Clubs Cup, will feature six of top Regional Training Centers competing in dual meets: Wolfpack WC, Cliff Keen WC (Michigan), Gopher WC (Minnesota), Ohio RTC (Ohio State), Spartan Combat RTC (Cornell), and NJRTC/SERTC (Rutgers/Virginia Tech).

The top two teams in each pool will advance to a semifinal round and a final championship match.

The RTC Cup includes a provision which is used by UWW at the World Clubs Cup, where each team will be able to include two athletes on their roster who are not training at their RTC.

NC State's squad features six current members of the Wolfpack Wrestling team that have combined for seven All-American honors, four former members of the Pack who combined to win three national titles and nine All-American honors, a pair of current Wolfpack RTC coaches and 2017 national champion (125 pounds) Darian Cruz will join the squad this weekend.
