The NC State men's tennis team (17-7) defeated Miami in a 4-1 victory Thursday evening to open competition at the 2018 ACC Championships at the Cary Tennis Park.
The Wolfpack will move on to face the tournament's No. 2 seed and national No. 6 UNC-Chapel Hill in the quarterfinal round of the ACC Championships. The match is scheduled to be played at 5 p.m. Friday.
