Women's team took an easy win at the SE Regionals. Elly Henes took the individual championship.

Men finish a close 3rd in the SE Region. A HUGE improvement over ACCs, but only the top 2 get auto-qualifying spots to NCAA finals. State would have to get an at-large bid, and quite frankly their regular season was pretty disappointing. They don't have much of a resume to fall back on. It's a waiting game at this point.

Great win for the Lady Wolfpack. Just to think they had all top 7 runners in top 35 places. Elly Henes won it as a senior but the future looks so bright for this team: 3 freshmen, 1 sophomore and 2 juniors. They are going to be a force in years to come. Great job and hoping they can keep their pack within less than a minute for the nationals. Good luck ladies!!!

The guys ran their asses off. Represented the Pack with pride today playing with a short deck.

Ryen Frazier may apply for a sixth year. She's had a horrible injury spell but would be a huge boost to next year.

5th place finish unofficial. Pretty dang good. Our #4 hit the wall after 4K and finished pretty far back. Coulda/woulda been 4th as a team if she held her position from 4K to finish, but 5th is good too
