and this is why fans shouldnt really worry about if a competing team(or NC State) has a scholarship open at the time interest in a recruit/transfer is announced.

If we were to have an open spot, but Devon, DJ, and Josh all dropped out of the draft, I wonder if we would still pursue Nolley for next year? Seems like we would be getting close to "too many mouths to feed" territory there.

Just playing devils advocate: would you? You need to replace two double digit scorers in Markell and Bryce. I think we will get good production from Seabron as a great athlete, but his jumpshot is limited. And I'm pumped for Allen, but he is coming off an injury and hasn't played in a over a year. I think Nolley, or another proven transfer, could come here and have a major role

I honestly don't know. The easy answer is yes, I want as many good players as possible. I just wouldn't want chemistry problems with all of these options. What's for sure is If Keatts could figure out a way to make it work, that would be quite a squad

Think of it like in football...how many "offers" are given out each year that aren't "commit-able" offers? We had to throw our hat in the ring in hopes that he would delay making a decision until we know what one of the 3 NBA feedback guys are gonna do or another player announces a transfer. Well, more accurately, until another player tells coach he's leaving for sure.
