I signed up for the $1 Premium offer 15 minutes ago and I cannot click on any of the Premium Board topics. How long will it take before my subscription is up and running so I can view content?

Sorry for the trouble. Did you get a confirmation or receipt? From our end it does not appear as if you completed the sign-up process. Would you like me to finish it for you with the card on file?

I am trying to sign up for premium and your system won't authorize my card payment. I have tried more than one card, same error message. Help?
