I had this happen about a year ago, and someone shared how to fix -- which I've forgotten.

Basically, while using the mobile app, the site requires me to LOG IN every time I use it, requiring my user name and password. Clicking the "Remember Me" box doesn't have any effect.

What's the answer...?

Same issue. I was told by tech support to check for private mode (nope) or reset cookies but that hasn't changed anything. No recent updates
