Hey all!

I hope this is operator error on my part.

On Dec. 7, I joined the WC and purchased 4 tickets via GoPack.com for the Pop Tarts Bowl. Here's the payment confirmation from my credit card:

When I log into my account, it shows no purchase history. I've looked through all of the FAQs I could find. The ticket office is closed for the holidays.

How/where do I locate eTickets purchased through the WC/GoPack.com?

Somehow my old alumni.ncsu.edu email address was still associated with my WC account. Thankfully the staff in the ticket office responded to my email, even though they are closed for the holidays. I was then able to contact Ticketmaster customer service. They were extremely helpful and got the tickets sorted out. Now if the weather will cooperate...Go State!
