Saw this on a different site, so I can't take credit.

Three point plan to get started.

1) Trump and congress outlaw "Sanctuary Cities". Transportation money is cut off to cities and states that don't comply. As an illegal breaks the law, ICE detainers will now be honored and the criminal illegals will be deported, after they serve their time in a US prison.

2) Illegals are no longer eligible for any entitlements (Food Stamps, free housing, WIC, etc.), the free loaders who are not working will go back home when the freebies end.

3) Count only US citizens in the census. As soon as democrats lose the electoral votes from having millions of illegals in their states, they will fly them out of the country quicker that Kamala flew them in.

And of course, get back to work on that wall.

Sounds good to me.

I'm fine with that.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Civ wants you to ignore Kamala's career over several years and only listen to the things she "said" she would do over these last 3 months since she was installed as the candidate.... and it took a month to decide what her policies would be. So basically, only listen to the things she pretends she would do as president for the last 2 months. Ignore the rest of her career.

And that is why civ is called a mindless minion.
I wonder how our old friend rainbowwolf is holding up today? Or the other 91 who got his 1, 3 & 5 year old's vaccinated so he could start going to the movie theatre again?

Man, we've had to read some really f'd up sht on here over the last 4 years.

I had faith that Chem would eventually come around and thankfully he did... deep down inside I hope hokie did as well.

It was more to prevent Kamala from being in charge than anything
But I'm not happy about having Trump in office. I continue to think he is unfit. I would love to envision him coming in with an olive leaf and trying to reestablish some level of decorum and partnership - w/o burning anyone and everyone who ever disagreed with him, but I most surely don't see that happening and we'll continue to be in this state of turmoil.
None of the above is even about policy / it's just about decency. I hope that is not too much to ask.

The great irony is that Latinos nationwide handed the election to Trump. You can kiss your fantasies of mass deportations goodbye (not that the business community would have ever allowed it). Trump will pretend he's doing something, of course.

Oh, and I think we can finally put to rest that the people bawling about CHEATING last night even while there were dozens of bomb threats being called in to Dem precincts are officially complete idiots.

You realize that Hispanic Americans (latinos) are for deporting illegal immigrants. We came here legally at a HUGE financial burden to our families. We want these mfers to do what we did.

I hear you.

Do you think it's worth hundreds of billions of direct associated costs?

Do you think it's worth the potentially catastrophic negative impacts to our economy especially in certain industries like agriculture and construction?

Do you think it's worth the personal tragedy of deporting the parents and grandparents of birthright citizen children that are legal US citizens and breaking up those families?

It's going to affect my former industry I know. My former subcontractors are here legally but a great deal of their labor is not. If mass deportations happen they are going to be in trouble which means my industry will be in trouble. Out of 45 subs 3 are own by white Americans. The rest are Hispanic. Most of their work force are here illegally. But they are all great workers who work and go home. Rinse repeat the next day
Well as a white dude in the same industry, I relish the chance to get back work that was subbed out to illegals and drove the prices down on labor. Im working for the same sq ft prices as I did 15 -20 years ago in some cases, all the while forking out more money to insure my company, employees, and vehicles and do it the legal way.
Are your kids going to start barning tobacco, picking cotton, cucumbers? I have been a PM in the construction industry for almost 40 years. Not one single person in a PM role was a hispanic. The companies we used were for the majority owned by legal immigrants. Their workers were mostly un-documented. So when they get deported who is going to fill their roles?

My kids like me will do whatever takes to survive- kind of reminds of the ******ed Osborne daughter that suggested illegal immigrants couldn't be deported because then there would be no one to clean the toilets. I'll clean my own toilet. Btw- not comparing you to her at all.

I'm sure there are people that are willing to do manual labor- just like my 45 year old self.

So noticed and found something quite interesting back in 2008-2011 timeframe when the country went through that depression. I worked for a Fortune 50 company with a huge campus, hundreds of acres to manage and upkeep. Prior to 2009'ish the entire grounds crew were all hispanic, every single one I saw. When tough times hit, all of a sudden you had white and black people joining them and eventually becoming the majority. You do whatever it takes to survive and that was a very small microcosm of just that happening.

There will always be undocumented people in this country, the problem over the last 4 years is they've allowed the worst of the worst to enter our country solely for the purpose of changing a census, getting more power and turning this country forever blue. Glass, they don't give a crap about your tobacco, cotton or cucumbers and if that's why you think they allowed in 20M illegals I'm not sure what to tell you.

I agree, I left Millbrook high after 9th grade and did home school at night and started working full time with my dad. At 18 I started subcontracting my own work and never looked back. Anyone that learns a trade can make great money and not be saddled with school debt right out of the gate.

Better than decent!

I remain convinced based on the $100k+ trucks they drive that many of my vendors make a lot more money than I do.

Democrats wanted Trump. They ran ads for him in the primary. They thought they could run their weekend at Bernie's candidate out there and their minions would vote for him again. Their minions would have , but they realized after the debate that wouldn't be enough. So then they usurped their elected candidate and installed their weekend at Bernie's 2 candidate. They tried hiding her. They kept her to a script. Few but only friendly interviews. They dug in on their antisemitic position by not choosing Shapiro.

An absolute disaster all the way around that is reflective of their poor leadership, decision making, and how much they value the American voter.

Republicans lost three straight elections because they kept running losing MAGA candidates out there.

So obviously you must think that was reflective of the Republicans' poor leadership and decision-making and how little Republicans value the American voter?

Isn't that what you said over and over and over? Hahaha. Shoe is on the other foot now. Take your medicine.

Just kidding. I know you won't. You're pretty consistent in your hypocrisy.

Losing three straight elections, all for similar reasons, is a fairly large and consistent sample.

This election was mostly a repudiation of the Biden economy. Harris started 3.5 months ago deeply underwater in approval, and somehow got it back to almost a coin flip.

Trump winning this election was the easy part, now he's got to actually govern.

Get back to me at mid-terms, or after Vance wins in 2028, and let's assess party leadership and decision-making and valuing voters.

The good news for us all, as always, is either Trump and Vance kill it, in which case we're all winning, or they don't, and voters can go a different direction in 4 years.

The fact that Republicans are likely to control the government, is a damming statement on the current status of the democrat party. It has gone so far left that moderate dems are voting republican.

Dems need to rid themselves of the radicals that have taken control.

Really?

Which radicals have taken control?
Are you blind the radicals that put tampons in boys bathrooms the radicals that say transgender surgery for inmates the radicals that always blame the white man my god if you want to blame someone shut up long enough to look in the mirror.
