My sincere apologies to each of you. I'm sorry for being a peckerheaded idiot towards you both last year. I hope you both have a wonderful day and week.

I honestly can't even recall the interaction that you are referring to, and what you said. I don't have the best memory sometimes when it comes to who I'm interacting with on message boards. I tend to hyper focus on the issues, and often forget the identity/person.
All good on my end. No hard feelings.
I say this for myself as well.. the KEY for every person in order to grow in knowledge and wisdom is that we must be willing to admit when we are wrong and be willing to change beliefs based on the acquisition of new (more truthful) information.
One of the biggest problems in the realm of politics and the "culture war", that is part of human nature and psychology that every person possesses, is strong resistance to consider that WE could currently be wrong in our way of thinking, core beliefs, or the "facts" that we think we "know are true".
Nobody on earth is 100% correct in their belief system and worldview. We all have a lot to learn. So that means in order to grow, we must be open especially to views and information that challenge our current worldview. And that is why freedom of speech is so important. We can't get locked into a "bubble" where we shut out views we strongly oppose.
Anyway, I've gone on a rant…enough said.
