How long do you want to ignore this user?
My sincere apologies to each of you. I'm sorry for being a peckerheaded idiot towards you both last year. I hope you both have a wonderful day and week.

I honestly can't even recall the interaction that you are referring to, and what you said. I don't have the best memory sometimes when it comes to who I'm interacting with on message boards. I tend to hyper focus on the issues, and often forget the identity/person.

All good on my end. No hard feelings.

I say this for myself as well.. the KEY for every person in order to grow in knowledge and wisdom is that we must be willing to admit when we are wrong and be willing to change beliefs based on the acquisition of new (more truthful) information.

One of the biggest problems in the realm of politics and the "culture war", that is part of human nature and psychology that every person possesses, is strong resistance to consider that WE could currently be wrong in our way of thinking, core beliefs, or the "facts" that we think we "know are true".

Nobody on earth is 100% correct in their belief system and worldview. We all have a lot to learn. So that means in order to grow, we must be open especially to views and information that challenge our current worldview. And that is why freedom of speech is so important. We can't get locked into a "bubble" where we shut out views we strongly oppose.

Anyway, I've gone on a rant…enough said.

So, was this related to the meltdown that I apparently missed completely, and only found out about multiple months later when Glass made some type of short reference to its happening - and then we pulled whatever we could out of him (which wasn't much - he wasn't even sure what triggered it, he just said that it was pretty bad [insert smiley face here]).

One day you were here, and then all of a sudden you weren't - and several of us wondered what happened and then (I guess) forgot about it, until Glass brought it up several months later.

Glad you made it back.

(But now that I know it involved GP and were, I'm starting to get the picture...)
