Landing gear still down... wonder if it was some sort of full-plane hydraulics failure.
Also possibly a bird strike that took out an engine.

the pilots declared a mayday, so feel like those are good probable causes.

Video looks like a stall less than 1000 AGL. I'm going with load shift or over weight take off.

Saw a theory from a pilot that the copilot may have raised the flaps instead of the landing gear and don't realize it.

New videos seem to indicate the RAT was deployed.
There's about a half dozen scenarios that would cause the RAT to drop on a 787... And at this plane's low altitude, none of them are good.
