Solemn Day and we should never forget the United States was attacked on this day 23 years ago.
2977 people lost their lives.
The twin towers of the World Trade Center in NY were hit by hijacked airplanes and leveled, The Pentagon was hit by an airplane and one additional airliner crashed in PA.

I remember my classmate LCDR. Eric Cranford USN who was killed in action at the Pentagon that fateful morning. Eric graduated a year after me in 1992 and was a dedicated alum and fan of NC State. I will never forget Eric and his sacrifice for our country.

Somber day indeed. May their memory be eternal. I plan on watching The Man in the Red Bandana later today.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Always remember 9/11 but can we get back to how we as a country were on 9/12?

If you need an absolutely heart wrenching documentary, 9/11, One Day in America by National Geographic is incredibly well done. Its almost surreal watching back on it
