This is also the same bureau that raided Mar-a-Lago.

A CNN correspondent criticized former President Trump for yelling "fight!" to his supporters in the immediate aftermath of Saturday's assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.

Trump could be seen bleeding from his ear as he was hustled off stage Saturday evening, shortly after a gunman opened fire at his rally. As Secret Service agents moved him away once the shooter had been killed, Trump raised his first and yelled "fight!" repeatedly, to roars of appreciation from his supporters.

CNN special correspondent Jamie Gangel suggested the presumptive Republican nominee was sending the wrong message.

"I do want to say there was one thing that when I watched the tape, I found odd because of all of the heated rhetoric, and that is after he was hit, former President Trump got up and said, 'fight, fight, fight,'" Gangel said.

"I think what we're hearing from people is that's not the message that we want to be sending right now. We want to tamp it down," she said.

It was multiple shots. Definitely will have to wait for details to try and understand more about motive. And also how a kid with a rifle was able to get where he got with time to fire. Outstanding job by secret service though. Maybe this will spur more discussion on gun control, but probably not. Can add this one to the mass shootings thread.

Well, the way in which the attacker succeeded in getting into position is certainly becoming the most salient question of the crime scene. This isn't second guessing or Monday morning quarterbacking. An elevated structure with unobstructed field of fire in close proximity to the center of the venue was left unguarded, and I don't know that there's any spinning that.

Pre-Visit Site Assessments should have identified that rooftop at 150 yards with a clear line of sight to the podium. It should have been identified and secured.

The female SS along with the much taller men did a great job getting to the podium and shielding our great leader. She is too short for that task with Trump at 6'2" or 6'3"

You can "register" as a pub in order to vote against Trump in the primary . The kid donated to far left ACT blue as part of a Biden Inauguration Day drive . I'm sure we will hopefully get some more detailed background on the shooter from friends and family today .
