Right Now, Which Is The Problem, The Voice Of The People, Which Is Already Represented In State And Federal Houses Of Representatives, Via Direct Popular Vote.
Seats The Voice Of The State And The Law From The Same Voting Pool, Which Is Only The Most Populous Counties, And Cities In Those Counties.
That Means, ONLY That Voting Pool Has Any Representation In Our State And Federal Government.
