Nope. The conspiracy realists were right yet again, as usual. It's now increasingly admitted by the commie Establishment Lamestream media...so now it will be "true" even to the normie Stockholm Syndrome Lamestream-swilling Establishment-worshipping conspiracy deniers.
Here's a story from just yesterday on Good Morning America how they are using "cloud seeding" (spraying the atmosphere with silver iodide), in order to increase rainfall. The story says this is being used in at least 10 states.
And whatta ya know...they are using the "climate change" hoax as the excuse to spray the skies with toxic chemicals. Who could have imagined that? The climate change hoax can be used as the boogeyman to blame for everything and excuse to enact nearly every aspect of the communist NWO Establishment agenda -- blamed as the "cause" of the rise in heart problems over just the last few years (actually caused by the covid vaxx), the "cause" of mass illegal immigration, the "need" to phase out cheap fossil fuels and lower our standard of living, the "need" to create huge new taxes (eg, "carbon taxes") to give governments more power, the "need" to abolish eating cattle and other livestock and make us eat bugs, etc.
When I went to college for meteorology, cloud seeding was “inefficient & expensive.” That is NOT the case today. 42 projects in 10 states w/ hundreds of ground based cloud seeders sending silver iodide into storms to make them snow more than they naturally would. The Colorado River and its critical reservoirs, Lake Mead and Lake Powell, have seen historic lows but "cloud seeding" could help give Mother Nature a boost. @ginger_zee has more on the technique, which is in use among 10 Western states. pic.twitter.com/nWCRAXZV2o

The fake "journalist" TV head admits that cloud seeding has been used since the 1940s. Looks like those "crazy conspiracy theorists" have been right about those weird chemtrails in the sky for far longer than we thought.
Thank you! And yes it’s been around since the 1940s but huge advances in research and application the last few years (it’s gotten cheaper with ground seeding being done remotely). https://t.co/il86WrfYdG

This didn't just start a few years ago, and just to cause rainfall. They've been spraying the skies for many other (nefarious) reasons, and have been doing it for decades.
