I don't know if there's any constitutional provision for that. Possibly the Congress could make the choices, but it's not settled that the GOP still has a majority in the House, so Trump might not be the pick. Could lead to national breakup but I suspect some of the more sane Dems will tell her not to even think about it because blue states would be up a fiscal creek without a paddle if that happened. Not to mention that with an overwhelming electoral vote and having secured the popular vote, it could devastate the Democratic Party for years due to the nation's disgust with such a sorry tactic.

I believe the State delegations vote not each individual congress member. Republicans control more State delegations than the Leftist, so I think Trump would be installed if it comes to that. It's not over and there is going to be stuff going on from the Deep State/ Establishment for sure.

Well, if you consider that the deciding House races are still being counted 5 DAYS LATER, you can assume the Democrats are up to something.

If the Democrats are able to steal the House, they've already said they WILL NOT certify Trump as President (Jamie Raskin).

IF they control the House Raskin has already said he will introduce a resolution into the House declaring Trump an insurrectionist under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. If that happens and passes then Trump's electoral votes won't count and the SELECTION would go to the floor of the House. With one vote each per state that throws the election back up in the air.

I'm not saying this will happen only that it's possible, and would you put it past the Democrats? It would explain why we're still seeing these House races being delayed and why the Democrats appeared to concede so easily.

We can't let them steal the House and open that avenue for the Democrats to go down!!!

In Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona the results of the Senate race do not make any sense. In all three of those Senate races, there were more total votes for the Senate candidate than the presidential ticket.

Arizona and Nevada have been slow counting ballots for four days until the Democrat Senate candidate won.

Those three senate seats would've given us a much larger majority but more importantly, it would've replaced the bad votes of the establishment Republicans in the Senate.

You can't say that you're about election integrity and ignore the glaring issues in those races.

The numbers in those three Senate races make no sense. In Arizona ballots were added after the election. That of itself is unacceptable.

In every other Senate race in the whole country, the presidential candidate at the top of the ticket, got more votes than the Senate candidate.

In Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona the results of the Senate race do not make any sense. In all three of those Senate races, there were more total votes for the Senate candidate than the presidential ticket.

She seems to have something to loudly complain about as do we all. Ridiculously long decision times on the vote, just for starters. As for the courts, don't depend on them to defend election integrity. Just ask the State of Texas about back in 2020 when they tried to get the USSC to do something about states which wouldn't strictly uphold their own election laws.

There are many Americans that came out to vote for him, but only him, and didn't cast votes for down-ballot races, or for whatever reason didn't vote straight-ticket.
