Anyone well versed on a 1031 exchange? Have quite a bit of equity in a new build and would like to roll it over into a couple properties without capital gains. Specifically, is there a time limit. I've only been in it ~6 months.

Ben is a former fraternity brother of mine and he's a great dude. I know he used to post on Pack Pride back in the day though not sure he dabbles in the message boards currently.
