According to Section IV, Article 4 of the socialist handbook we can take any comment we want and spin it to fit a narrative. She referred to I.C.E. as a "rogue" department that someone needs to get a handle on. Obviously she has called them domestic terrorists as have the rest of her Flunky Bunch.

Given her past comments, history of calling for their abolishment, referring to the members as "domestic terrorists" over the last four years it is safe to say that she has shown a pattern of disdain toward them and welcomes any means necessary to abolish them.
