How do you justify keeping this staff and not starting clean and fresh.

Recruiting-
GT has two top 10 MLB picks
Coastal Carolina has a top 10 pick
UVA has 2 first round picks
WF has top 3 round picks
Duke has top picks
UNC top picks

We get one offs but no consistent traction. If Coastal can get 1st round picks and Regional Host year after year and win a National Championship what are we doing wrong?

Are we promoting someone because of feel goods? Or should we be looking to restart a program that is dead in the water?

This team this weekend is another example of Avent AND STAFF dropping the ball and falling short. Time for a new message and voice.

We have given up 19 runs to Duke(16th seed in ACC)
We have given up 9 runs to UCF
And now 14 to Auburn in 3 consecutive games.

I have followed this team since 1998, I supported this team financially through 2009. I have been a Pack fan since 1985.

Go ahead and question, but this baseball program is in **** and needs big changes. Hart is not the answer.

The program needs more funding and a new direction. The current leadership is a mess.

where you been the last 30 years? Diapers ?

I think it's a given hart eventually fails but he's earned the right to take over the program and get a chance. It will likely be more of the same until then

Forget all the other nonsense in this post, this "question" is stood out for the worst in the entire post. "Dead in the water"? Seriously? 2 Omaha trips since 2021 is dead in the water? This season was derailed with injuries to our top 2 in the rotation that will be high draft picks. Along with position players injuries with Bargo, Ryan, etc.

I'm excited for Hart. With that being said, very open to proceeding without Chrysler, which is what I thought this post was going to be about before clicking to see this awful post.

Why I don't complain is look what's happening at Louisville. When they joined the ACC they legitimately were probably the top team. Now they have missed the tournament multiple years in a row.

Haven't had to worry about that under Avent. People want change but neglect the fact that change could be worse.

The Louisville staff hasn't changed really at all over like 10 plus years, NIL (IMO) has really hurt them b/c that school has seemingly gone all in on other sports. Maybe Dan (like Elliott) didn't want to do much of the NIL thing and there were also rumors of him being unhappy with the (lack of) support from the school pre-NIL.

Having said all that, they did make the CWS last year but they've been quite underwhelming since 2020 as a program overall.
