With the 2026 NCAAT bracket set to be announced on Monday, let's take a closer look at what recent bracket projections say about the Wolfpack.

NC State baseball enters Selection Day as one of the most “on the fence” teams in the entire field, with the national projections being split evenly among these four brackets below.  NC State has mostly been seen as a 3 seed regardless of their outcome in the ACC tournament.

I'd love to see Avent get one last shot, but this team is what it is. We have to score 8 to 12 runs to win a game and hope the other team has a bad night on the mound. No chance of making a run. Might be best to not twist the dagger

Fully prepared to be disappointed today because we seldom get these kind of things to break our way, but man I would love a chance to wreck some team's regional! If we could get 40-50 pitches out of Marohn, a strong 7 inning start out of Nance, and the best version of Consiglio - there is a path there...

40-50 innings seems like a lot 40-50 pitches seems more reasonable lol
