Or, and hear me out, the team ranked second to only UCLA is a good team. Obviously, you want to beat your rival no matter the discrepancy in talent, circumstantial or otherwise, but sometimes that's just how it is.

McHugh killed the offense all year. I know I'm beating a dead horse but the amount of game swinging opportunities he has had this year and he whiffed on every single one.

You even get remotely close to being back in this game you have to go to Nance.

I was going to ask Avent about the Heels using their best relievers in game one meaning that either they're done for the series or their stuff not being a surprise to the Pack's batters. He answered before I could finish the thought, but of course Glauber comes in to face the one guy in the lineup (currently) that wouldn't have had a crack at him yesterday (Fraasman pinch-hitting).

Last six years we've been to two CWS (And would have won it) had a chance at conference championship last year.

Or, hear me out, two things can be true. The same team that blew a series with VT and Stanford, and got blown out a couple games against wake isn't really very good, AND unc, the #2 team in the country, is actually pretty good. Injuries doomed us- we are a light hitting team that can't just outscore folks, and losing our two best pitchers automatically makes one game a throwaway loss almost every series.

We have a pretty amazing core of freshman to build around for next season. I hope we are able to keep them and are able to add some pieces to have a big year next year. Win or lose tonight though, and I love how hard this team fought and seeing some young guys step up, this year, it just wasn't meant to be.

Why won't we ****ing put Nance in the game earlier. So sick of this play for tomorrow crap.

We clawed back into the game and then put a true freshman on the mound.

Just had all the momentum and then try to get cute again. I just don't understand it. I'm not trying to play for tomorrow
