Agree to disagree, They hit more than one ball hard. At least one I remember they hit to the track and another one deep to Head. Hemric has pitched well this season but consistently seems to fade after about 4 innings or so. I'd rather pull him a little early than wait too late and let the game get out of reach. Nance might or might not get it done we'll see but I still think it was the right call.

Those were outs. We aren't talking about outs…and we don't have much left. Nance has to get it done. Cause we have nothing behind him

Ragusa or Manuel, but I also would've tried to extend Hemric another inning or so to potentially avoid it
Just cannot sustain any momentum, both within pivotal games and the season as a whole.

Every leverage arm pitched G1 yesterday. I'm sure they'll run some out again, but should be gettable.
Tie the game, immediately give 2 back. Then go down in order in 5 pitches. Sigh.

Nance's best ever outing was against Cal last year, 5 innings 62 pitches. Threw 89 against Duke last year in a strong appearance as well. Need him to tap into that for 6 outs.
