5 for 5 will have zero effect on college baseball except at the lowest levels. The best kids are 2 year players coming out of prep.

Hemric has been good as a starter, not as effective as a reliever. Nance is a bullpen arm 100%. Hemric, Nance, Ragusa, Truitt with AK47 break glass emergency is a WAY better spot than Miami is in. Yeah tough to mix it up when Hemric has been giving you 4 or 5 solid innings a start. Would just hate to see him struggle and Nance come in while behind.
Sosa is so bad behind the plate they are making the other catcher catch both games.

You could argue that some 3 year kids will come back to college for a 4th year with 5in5. They could stay 4 graduate and still use the threat of returning to school for a 5th in contract negotiations. But that just means more talented kids in college (making them cheaper). In the short term anyway.

About to be 11-12 in the toughest or second toughest conference in the country with two all ACC, high draft selection, OLD starters missing 7 combined starts… and we are complaining about NIL.
Should've let coop finish. He cant throw strikes in a tight zone…
Why can AK only throw strikes against ECU?

I don't see the money complaints. You can nitpick and wish they'd do things differently (I have) but ultimately is the talent on the roster an issue? Not at all. Somehow they get real dudes in and keep them whether there's money involved or not
So far off plate.
Think the umps want to go home. Just going to call anything now in the vicinity of the plate a strike.
