Balls and meatballs today for sure.
Not going to nance or coop (assuming he's available) is insane to me. One of our best pitchers is really going to only get 2 innings a week?

I think we've learned what the coaches likely know in that Nance doesn't have a bounce back arm. 90 on the fastball and unable to locate on a days rest after 44 pitches.
Really needed to add on in those middle innings knowing what was left in the bullpen.

I don't think the solution is on the roster unless you move Consiglio to a full time closer role.

Unless something changes, State really doesn't have the pitching depth to go deep in the post season.
We dominated those first 8 so thoroughly...crazy how quick it fell apart when Dudan came out.
