If you had told me on Thursday what our 3 starters would give us in this series I would have been optimistic about our chances. That is the one part of the team holding up their end of the bargain. As bad as 5 L's in a row feels that solitary bright spot still makes me feel this team can do something this season because I have to believe the hitting improves...it can't get much worse.

It has been an awful weekend for NC State. A series sweep at Georgia Tech is looming.

The Wolfpack is 11-30 overall at Georgia Tech since 1991. NC State has lost six straight road games to the Yellow Jackets and is down eight runs at the moment.

When Marohn and Dudan pitch - go with the best defensive lineup and just play small ball. If we can scratch out 4-6 runs with those guys, I like our odds most games

Which is why they should have played someone with a pulse earlier the year. Would at least have roster figured out and who can hit real pitching and who can't. Now we are just shaking a magic 8 ball and guessing

Well we have now played 5 teams in a row with a pulse. Shouldn't be anymore 8 balling.
