I've said that about Peifer, if he can play third at that high of a level he should be at least average at short.

My biggest concern above all else is just the inability to get a timely hit.
It's a long seasons, you will have ups and downs but when you aren't hitting can you still find a way to have a productive AB and help the team.
It's kind of like golf, it's easy to go low when everything is working. But the guys that are really good are the ones who can still put together a good round when you're just scraping it around.
And right now there are a lot of guys who are giving State nothing offensively

I was thinking about this earlier but if this team can start to get the bats going it has high high upside with the pitching. Marhon just kept the highest scoring team in the nation to three runs. Him and Dudan should keep you in most games.
