I have not been impressed with Ryan so far. Just had a bone head play to be doubled off at first on ball to right. Also tried bare handing a ball earlier that he missed and let a runner advance to third on.

ryan and andrew's have not looked sharp
we are too deep of a staff for andrews to continuously miss down the middle. he just doesn't fool teams
He is really a two seamer pitch to contact guy, but man when he misses he misses his spots bad.

That one was tough. Had him shifted and in the right spot, only for him to hit it right by him.
I should add I am a fan of all the shifts, that is something we haven't seen nearly enough of and has taken a while to implement.

Saw it in his outings in the fall - Hemrick has a really nice slot for his release point. Really deceptive.
