The industry isn't very high on this group.
It's a screwed up system. It's not good enough to just throw 98. You have to have something that makes you special. A good college buddy of mine got cut by the Orioles system this year because he is getting a little long in the tooth. He has been with them for the last 6 years sitting 97-98 and couldn't make it past AAA
I mean heck States "best" prospect is going to get beat out by a 5'9 170 pound freshman.
I worked in minor league baseball for a while and it is a different animal. Teams always value younger unproven talent over older guys.

Agreed. Head has the frame to do it too.
From a fans perspective these are the situations that always scare me. You got a guy going into draft year and I'm sure everyone is telling him "if you could just hit x number of homeruns…"
Although McHugh isn't as toolsy I think he is in a similar boat.
