TRANSFER PORTAL TRACKER: Lyons to Enter Transfer Portal

With NC State's baseball season is over now is the time players will start to enter the transfer portal. Here is a list of the additions, including infielder Trenton Lyons. 

As each NC State player enters we will update the tracker below!

6/4: Catcher Drew Lanphere has entered the transfer portal.

6/4: Pitcher Jaxon Lucas has entered the transfer portal.

6/4: Pitcher Aden Knowles has entered the transfer portal.

6/3: Third baseman Matt Heavner has entered the transfer portal.

6/3: Third baseman Ryan Jaros has entered the transfer portal according to his father, Ken Jaros.

6/2: Trey Bentley will enter the transfer portal.

5/28: Jake Bechtel will enter the transfer portal.

5/26: Jacob Dienes will enter the transfer portal.

Jaros is from NJ and Gilliam from Nevada so they make sense.

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

I give NIL specifically to baseball. It's not a lot, and I have no idea how many others there are, but they at least have the little bit that I give them, so it does exist.

My small amount goes to Baseball.

Think you nailed it for now. The other OF spot (right now) would likely be Devin Mitchell, incoming JUCO kid. And of course some people think Hogue could be back. Besides that, we have 3ish spots up for grabs

I'd bank on a freshman or two popping, we have a couple every year. Johnson intrigues me, just not sure where he plays and has similar profile to Luke but was more highly regarded nationally.

Love Rett. Would be totally fine with Nixon playing SS and Johnson playing 2nd if it meant some funds going to other guys to keep them around. I know he is a primary OF, but have seen it listed he has played some 2nd some as well too. I actually thought of McDonough when a comp for Johnson, both similarly listed coming out of HS (Rett 5'9, McDonough 5'10 both being 170 lbs), but I could see Nixon too. Johnson just seems like a pure hitter that is a gamer.
