Host sites usually announced Sunday evening on twitter

Looks like we could go about anywhere, including out west since not enough west teams to fill out draws for Oregon, UCLA and Oregon State. Either us or Duke is almost certainly going to Coastal, so if we dont draw Conway looking like:

Knoxville (probably WVU or Wake)
LSU (ugh, hope not)
UGA
Auburn (most likely spot to me other than Coastal)

Assuming they aren't giving us Arky or Texas or Vandy because it wouldn't be far to give top couple of seeds a ranked team. Louisville seems like a lock for Vandy based on location.

Great point about going out west, as I think it's getting increasingly more likely with the 3 hosts out there and us not really being on the hosting bubble any longer. Overall I think I agree with you.

If we do stay on the east coast, I think Louisville to vandy and WVU to Tennessee make the most sense, so I think the options are:

1. Coastal (wake, Duke, or nc state here + SEC 3 seed)
2. Auburn (an ACC 2 seed, or southern miss + ACC 3 seed)

3. Georgia (they sent South Carolina to us after we got sent to South Carolina in 23, so Wake or us)
4. Arky (Duke? They sent them to OU last year)

5. Vandy (if Ville drops down to a 3 seed bc of their recent slide)

6. Any of the three west coast sites

Honestly just hope NC State gets selected for NCAA Tournament. We got rug pulled in 2022, I doubt this is the case this season but I don't trust NCAA selection committees.

Seems to be the common projection with Kentucky or Miss state as the 3 seed

Two projections (just means less, BA) have us at Oregon for regionals (all that to say, we could be the one acc team sent out west, no guarantees they don't send Duke or wake there).

Also a non-zero chance we get dropped to a 3 seed because of the rpi... that would be unfortunate and may also open up the possibility of going to Knoxville (with WVU as the 2 seed).

CCU regional seems like a NC ACC school as a 2 and ECU as the 3 seed. So coastal or one of a handful of sec schools it seems

People don't realize the amount of talent that somehow comes out of that state. The Rays were notorious for drafting dudes from there (Blake Snell being one) and leaned on a scout heavy there with high picks.
