I noticed two things in his outing against Duke.

His breaking ball was nasty but he had no control over it.

Quite a few times after the pitch he looked back at the rubber as if it didn't feel right coming off of it.

Shoulder issue can be fine for a few days then unbearable for then same amount of time.
