I believe Pollard turned down Miami a couple years ago (I know for a fact he interviewed). Will be interesting to see if/when he jumps.

That remains to be seen. AN answer was right in front of their face. We won't know for several years if it was the RIGHT answer. Just statistically speaking, the odds of having the best candidate from a nationwide search already on your staff is pretty low.
